Birthday Girl

Welp, little Miss Penny is officially four!  She turned four and insisted on breakfast in bed.  She was waiting very impatiently for me to get it put together for her, so she got out and played BEFORE breakfast so we all got back in her bed to watch her eat the breakfast. Which pretty much tickled her pink.












Girlfriend is such a sweet, spunky, wonderfully frustrating human being. The day she came home with us from the hospital, my mom said exactly what we were feeling, "She's the puzzle piece you didn't even know you were missing."  That is absolutely 100% still true.  She's funny and naughty, quiet and noisy, bossy, loves the doors SHUT and doesn't hesitate to scold whomever leaves them open for her to have to shut, cheerful and happy.  We are so happy to have her.  Hope this year is Penny's best ever.  :)
